Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn boots in their original branded shoebox and secure them inside a sturdy shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring no previous tracking codes are visible.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your receipt; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
